Returns & Exhange Policy

All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed, only exchanges. We understand that sizing can vary, so we gladly offer exchanges for size on the same item if available in stock. To qualify for a size exchange, the request must be made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. Exchanges are only available or the same item in a different size (no substitutions or different products). Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit may be offered at our discretion. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at putyewon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Important Notes: We do not accept returns for refunds, only exchanges as outlined above. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
